- We will act as your consultant to determine where you may need an intern in the company and even what their tasks could be. This process involves determining how the company can maximise the ability of the intern as well as the intern gaining the practical experience they need.
- We will then asses your specific requirement; educational background, additional language abilities , length of internship, etc....
- We then review our database of students and find you the perfect match
- Next, we assess the student again to make sure they fit your exact requirements. We then inform you of the result and send you an outline of the students' details and a possible start date.
- We will continually to supervise the student during the internship and maintain contact with you to make sure all is going smooth and both parties are satisfied with the internship. We monitor the student's progress both during working hours and through our huge social program for interns after working hours.
- At the end of the internship we send you a feedback form to make sure we know what you were happy about or the need for any fine tuning for next intern
Once you have taken on your first interns, the process then runs very smoothly with minimum or no interruption and almost no supervision. We will then continually rotate the interns for you. So the outgoing intern would be the one performing the handover with absolutely no time wasted on your part.
